IMAGE VIEWING ADVICE FOR AOL USERS
AOL uses a JPG compression device on its browser and, by default, it's currently "on" in your
computer if you're getting things like yellow lines across the pictures. It affects other images, too, not just ours. You can change this option and view
images much more clearly by following these simple instructions.
Click Settings on your toolbar above (My AOL on AOL 5.x or Members on AOL 3.x).
Click Preferences from the drop-down menu.
Click on Internet Properties (or the WWW icon).
Click on the Web Graphics folder.
Click on Never Compress Graphics (or uncheck Use Compressed Graphics).
Click on Apply.
Click on OK.
Close the Preferences box.
You should be okay now. Some users still report problems, but we can't seem at this time to get
AOL to respond to our inquiries about further solutions. Use the buttons on the left to access one of the other areas of our site or return to the previous page with your Back button.
