Joe at University of Delaware
The state of Delaware sits in the heart of the mid-Atlantic seaboard, halfway between New York City and Washington, DC. The University of Delaware has grown from its founding as a small private academy in 1743 to a major university. Undergraduates may choose to major in any one or more of over 100 academic majors. As we can see above, Joe has chosen to major in alcohol. It would appear that he's attempting to get the bottle to raise to his lips under its own power. We think the power of the bottle has already manifested itself!
